I can’t say the warranty and return process wasn’t frustrating. It felt like there wasn’t no real help when I needed it, and the whole thing ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

Well... it works fine for what it’s supposed to do, but wow, it’s much louder than I expected. It really gets on my nerves at night, so I’m not sure I’d recommend it if you’re sensitive to noise...

I reached out for help and waited days, but I still never got a real answer. Am I missing something here, or is support just not getting back to people?

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just... not right. It felt way too tight and uncomfortable. I tried keeping it on for a few minutes, thinking maybe it would feel better, but no...

The tub feels sturdy overall, and most of the parts lined up without too much drama. The frame and finish look nice in person too, so it definitely doesn’t come across as cheap.

That said, for the price, I expected a cleaner fit. A few panels and edges just don’t sit as tight as they should, and I found myself having to be patient with little imperfections I didn’t want to deal with. Nothing has broken, but it feels like it could’ve been finished a bit better.

I bought this hoping to use it for proper cold plunges, but it just didn’t get as cold as I expected. Even after letting it run for hours, the water still felt mild. For the price, I was really hoping for a stronger chill, so it ended up feeling a bit disappointing.

I don’t think it’s worth the money. You just don’t get enough for the price.

My order took almost three weeks to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I did contact support and they replied, but they didn’t really give me anything useful, and there was no follow-up after that. The product itself arrived fine, but it was way too late and the lack of updates made it frustrating.

The water will be nice for a minute, then suddenly get cold, and then warm back up again for no real reason. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it’s annoying when you’re just trying to take a normal shower. Defintely not as consistent as I expected.

I got my coldture set up and running, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would. The big pieces were straightforward, but there were a few little moments where I had to stop and figure out which part went where.

The instructions were decent overall, just not quite clear enough in a couple spots if you’re doing it by yourself. I ended up rereading a few lines and double-checking small things like the hose connections before moving on.

Once everything was set up, it worked fine and I’m happy with it so far. I just wish the setup had felt a little smoother and less like I was guessing through the tiny details

I’ve been using my Coldture setup for a while, my first impression was positive. When it’s running properly, it does what it’s supposed to do, the water gets cold, the tub is simple enough to use, and it’s been easy to work into my routine.
Over time though, I’ve become a little less impressed. A few minor issues have popped up, and for the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more dependable. Support was fine, but not exactly the kind that makes you feel totally taken care of. I don’t regret buying it, but I also wouldn’t call it flawless
